After a long professional life in the Parisian fashion industry, Pierre Fenals abandoned his career to pursue his true passion and moved to Burgundy to make wine. Through trial and error, Pierre explored the world of biodynamic farming, including raising cows and interning with classical Burgundy winemakers.
Silky, savoury, rich and ripe, it is a pure and traditional iteration of Bourgogne Blanc made sustainably with zero sulphites added.
